As a kid, my father worked for Pepsi during the height of The Cola Wars. We had a family boycott on all Coke-serving establishments, and a "Friends Don't Let Friends Drink Coke" keychain was a holiday staple every year.
I became fascinated with a brand's ability to hold a personality and a tell a story. My hypersensitivity to the touch-points of the customer journey from a young age fuels my passion for design today –and I still get excited thinking about what a click (or a sip) can unfold.
